Meet The Instructors

Sara Griner Webb began dancing at the age of two under the direction of her mother, Lovedy Griner. Sara began helping her mother teach younger dancers at the age of 11 years old and has been sharing her love for dance ever since. Sara opened Port City Ballet in August of 2023, expanding the mission of Rose City Ballet to Bainbridge. Sara received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in December of 2023.

Lovedy Griner opened Rose City Ballet in Thomasville, Georgia in 1992. For over 3 decades, she has offered quality dance instruction to students ages 3-18. Rose City Ballet was founded with the mission of sharing the name of Jesus Christ through dance, ministering to each student and audience member.

Chloe Jarriel (soon to be Perez) has been dancing for 17 years. She found her passion for dance at a young age at A Time to Dance Performing Arts Studio in Valdosta, GA. She trained in various styles including ballet/pointe, jazz, contemporary and modern. She has been an instructor for four years now, teaching all ages in dance technique as well as the value of dance as worship to the Lord. She has choreographed for numerous recitals, conventions and competitions. After high school, she performed in Valdosta State University's Dance Spotlight Series and SHIFT Spring performance while teaching.
